I created Castle Valley Counseling to offer a space that feels grounded, genuine, and human — a place where you can slow down enough to understand what’s no longer working and why.

Therapy with me is both compassionate and direct. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while developing different ways of relating to yourself and others. I understand the vulnerability and value of this process personally.

My goal is not only to help reduce distress, but to support deeper self understanding, connection, and meaningful change.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, pottery, and spending time with my dog, who I adopted from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah. I value time outdoors, creative expression, and the quieter moments that help me stay grounded and present in everyday life. These experiences continue to shape the way I move through both my personal life and my work with clients.
